I absolutely love trying new recipes! It’s even better when my entire family loves something too. I struck gold when I created this recipe. Everyone loved it! Try it, I bet yours does too.
What Is Keto Dirty Cauliflower Rice Recipe?
Don’t worry, the rice isn’t actually dirty! (Just in case someone actually wondered that).
Dirty rice is usually fried rice with spices that make it look earthy, with dark colors. That’s where the “dirty” term comes from. Instead of clean, white rice, it comes out with lots of darker colors.
My Favorite Cauliflower Rice Recipe
I’ve made cauliflower rice before that was pretty amazing, but this one is even better! Maybe it’s the bacon grease, or maybe it’s the texture of the fresh, chopped veggies. Try it and see if you can figure out what you love best about it!
Quick Keto Dinner
This entire recipe could be dinner in one pot! Yup, it’s an easy keto skillet dinner idea that doesn’t use any extra dishes. That’s always a winner in my book. Plus, it only takes about 20 minutes to make.
Save time by prepping your veggies ahead of time. Store your chopped veggies in the fridge up to a week ahead of time and you’ll be ready to just put them in the skillet and go!
Another time-saver is to use frozen cauliflower rice. Sure, you can make your own cauliflower rice from a fresh head of cauliflower, but don’t. It’s not worth it. It’s very time-consuming and the frozen bag is the same exact thing!
Make Keto Dirty Cauliflower Recipe Ahead Of Time
Even though this is one of the easiest keto family meals you will ever make, you can make it even easier yet by making it ahead of time.
Fry up this recipe and then let it cool completely. You can then freeze it in a zippered freezer bag. Leave it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
