Homemade teriyaki chicken with sweet and savory green beans is a tasty keto dinner! This low-carb chicken green bean skillet is so easy and tasty that you’ve got to make it tonight.

Crack Green Beans
Usually the word crack in a recipe means there is a combination of cheese, ranch dressing, and bacon. And a lot of my recipes with this word include those ingredients.

But this time I made it a little differently. It’s still so good that you’ll want to go back for seconds, thirds, and fourths but this green beans and chicken recipe is made with an Asian flair.
Instead of ranch and bacon, I used Asian spices and sauces. The chicken is marinated in soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar substitute, and some black pepper.
This makes every bite a satisfying one. And the green beans are cooked with the same ingredients, but I added a few more.
You’ll taste salty Worcestershire sauce, onion, and bacon. It’s honestly the bacon that makes it so addicting.
Green Bean Skillet
I suggest using fresh green beans for the crack green beans. Frozen green beans will water down the sauce and canned green beans don’t fry very well.

Are green beans keto-friendly? Yes they are, but in small amounts.
This recipe makes 5 servings and each serving has 8 grams net carbs. This means you’ll have to be careful with how much of it you eat.
Low-Carb Green Bean Skillet
This entire recipe will be ready in 30 minutes. But if you have a really busy evening, then there is a way to speed up the process.

Cook the chicken ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Then, all you have to do is heat up the chicken in a skillet with the green beans.
If you don’t have Swerve brown sugar substitute, get a bag of it! This is the best kind of sweetener to use in this recipe.
It has deep caramel notes that pairs perfectly with the robust soy sauce and garlic flavors.
What To Eat With Green Beans
Since I used so much soy sauce in this recipe, I suggest making your favorite Chinese or Asian sides to go with it. Remember, there are 8 grams net carbs in each serving, so be careful what you eat with the green beans.

A small bowl of Keto Shrimp Egg Roll In A Bowl will taste delicious with the chicken and green beans. So will some of my Keto Egg Roll Wraps.
For something with a lot more flavor, make either my Keto TikTok Salmon Sushi Nori Cups or my Keto TikTok Egg Boil. Both are bursting with Asian flavor.
How To Store Fresh Green Beans
It’s best to store fresh green beans unwashed and in the same bag you bought them in. You could also put them in a plastic resealable food storage bag.

These leftovers will taste even better the next day. Put them in an airtight food storage container and keep them in the refrigerator for up to three days.
