Ingredients:
1/2 lb bacon
1 medium onion
4 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
Chop cabbage and set aside.
Cook your bacon in skillet (reserve 1-2 tablespoons of bacon fat)
Chop bacon.
In the same skillet Saute onions until onion is golden.
Add cabbage and bacon to skillet.
Cover and cook until cabbage is wilted.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add balsamic vinegar and stir.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle with brown sugar substitute and adjust the taste with more salt and or pepper and balsamic vinegar.
