Rather than using just cream cheese, I also mix in cheddar and hot sauce with the chicken- and I’m already halfway done!

How To Make Buffalo Chicken Jalapeno Poppers
Here’s what you’ll need to make these jalapeno poppers. The exact measurements are located within the printable recipe card below.
Ingredients:
Canned chicken
Cream cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
Hot sauce (I use Franks)
Salt and pepper
Jalapeños
Bacon
Blue cheese
Green onions
Crushed pork rinds
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly grease a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cut peppers in half. Remove seeds and place on baking pan.
In a bowl add cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce and salt and pepper.
Add chicken to the mixture and stir until mixed. *Drain if using canned chicken.
In a separate bowl mix pork rinds and bacon.
Fill each jalapeño with mixture and then top jalapeno with a spoonful of pork rinds and bacon mixture.
Bake until filling is melted and top is golden, about 15 – 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and and sprinkle with extra bacon, blue cheese, and or green onions.

Ingredients
- 8 oz canned chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (I use franks)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 10 jalapeños halved with seeds removed
- 8 slices of cooked bacon crumbled
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
Instructions
