How To Freeze Keto Creamed Spinach
This is a fantastically freezer-friendly meal. To freeze it, just put it in a freezer-safe container. I recommend putting it in an aluminum pan that comes with a lid. Then, seal it and store it in the freezer.
When you are ready to thaw it, just put it in the refrigerator overnight. Then, bake it in the oven at 325 degrees F until it is hot and heated through (about 10-15 minutes).
It will last about 6 months in the freezer.
