How To Make Bagel Pizza
I’m going to share two recipes for you. The first one is for keto onion bagels. It uses a “fathead” or mozzarella dough with almond flour. I call them onion bagels because I added onion powder and onion flakes. This gives it a distinct earthiness that I love about pizza crust and bagels.
After you make a bunch of keto bagels, just top them with your favorite keto marinara sauce, cheese, and low-carb toppings. It’s so easy!
The Best Keto Onion Bagels
This is my favorite keto onion bagel recipe. I love how savory and salty they are. They also toast up really nicely too.
I think the best thing about these bagels is that you don’t need any special kitchen gadgets or pans. You can shape them by hand and they keep their shape in the oven.
