Olivia is at that cute age where she wants to do everything I’m doing. I was a boy mom for so long, that I find it incredibly fun that I finally have someone interested in anything I do! Mermaid Cookie Dip

The girls love mermaids and last time I made them sparkling chocolate Mermaid tails (so easy to make), and for craft time we made this easy mermaid tail craft. All perfect for under the sea themed parties or for a fun rainy day at home.
This no-bake cookie dip is Perfect as an after school treat or birthday parties! Use it to dip your favorite cookies, fruit or even spread on toast!

How To Make a Fairy Sandwich
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Cupcakes
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (i.e. one whole brick)
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pink gel food coloring
Purple gel food coloring
¼ cup multicolored sprinkles + extra for garnishing (we used a mix with tons of pink, purple, blue, etc.)
Aqua jelly beans
Purple jelly beans
Wafers, cookies, biscuits or even fruit for dipping
Directions:
Yields: Approx. 2 cups worth of dip
Using a stand mixer, start beating cream cheese, 2 cups confectioners’ sugar and milk on low speed.
Gradually increase the speed to high.
Once the batter is smooth, stop the mixer to add another cup of sugar. Beat until smooth and then add the final cup of confectioners’ sugar. Beat again and add vanilla extract.
Once the mixture is smooth, divide into two bowls.
Color one bowl with pink gel food coloring and the other with purple gel food coloring.
Add purple batter into the pink and fold, ensuring you don’t mix both colors. Instead, aim to blend them to create a marbled look.
Fold in ¼ cup sprinkles.
Serve in individual bowls and garnish with jelly beans and more sprinkles.
Serve with your favorite cookies and enjoy!
