This egg roll soup can easily be sealed and refrigerated in a container for 3 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.
What ingredients will you need to make this soup?
You’ll need:
Cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
Ground sausage
Chicken or vegetable stock
Soy sauce (or coconut amino)
Garlic
Ginger
Sesame oil
How Do You Make Egg Roll Soup?
Like most soups, this healthy keto-friendly soup can be prepped and cooked in under 30 minutes! You start by browning your ground sausage, then proceed to add the remaining ingredient into the same pot. Easy step by step directions are below!
Make It Yours:
Top with sesame seeds
Drizzle with hot sauce
Add eggs
Swap sausage for chicken, beef or even mushrooms

Carrots
Chopped cabbage or coleslaw mix
Sesame oil
Onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder
Ginger
Soy sauce or coconut aminos
Chicken broth
Chopped green onions
Instructions:
In a large pot cook sausage stirring and crumbling until cooked through.
In the same pot add sesame oil, onion, carrots and cook until soft.
Add chicken broth, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Mix to combine.
Simmer the soup for 15 minutes or until the cabbage begins to wilt.
Serve and top with green onions.

- 1 cup carrots
- 16 ounces cabbage
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 medium diced onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 5 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
