Easy Keto Skillet Recipe
This recipe is perfect for meal prep! After you cook it, let it cool and store it in your favorite sealed containers and put it in the refrigerator. It will last about a week in the fridge.
This is what I used, along with any replacement or substitutions:
- Butter – You can use ghee instead of butter
- Onion – Any type of onion will taste perfect. Save time and use diced frozen onion.
- Kielbasa – Substitute with andouille sausage or Spanish chorizo
- Canned Green Beans – You can use fresh green beans, just steam them first so they are cooked.
- Minced Garlic – If you use fresh garlic, mince it really fine.
