Mix up your very own keto Pink drink, the perfect Starbucks copycat and a refreshing choice on a hot day. It only has 1g net carbs!
Keto Pink Drink
Maybe you’ve seen the pink drinks on Instagram, or maybe you’ve even tried them. They are a sweet and creamy treat that is perfect any time of year, but I enjoy them most when the weather is hot!
With a combination of passion fruit, vanilla, strawberries, and coconut milk, this drink isn’t just delicious; it is good for you too! Unsweetened coconut milk is full of essential fatty acids (also called healthy fats) that you need when you are on the keto diet.
Strawberries are high in vitamin C, and this is a wonderful way to drink more water and stay hydrated!
Starbucks Copycat Recipe
It’s can be difficult to order keto at Starbucks, so I prefer to make my own copycat recipes at home. I love to make some keto sausage egg and cheese bites for breakfast.
They are the perfect Starbucks copycat and I feel like I’m right in the coffee shop when I munch on the egg bites and sip on the pink drink.
This keto pumpkin cream cold brew is perfect all year long. It’s a favorite during the fall, but I enjoy it in the late summertime as well. When you can control all the ingredients yourself, you can make the exact same foods and drinks, but enjoy them worry-free.
Keto Pink Drink Starbucks
This drink tastes the best when you brew it fresh and enjoy it right away. In fact, my recipe shows you exactly how to make two servings. If you have any drink leftover, you can keep it in the refrigerator.
Just be aware that it will probably separate the longer that you leave it in the fridge. All you have to do is stir it and it will taste delicious again.
How To Make Keto Pink Drink At Home
I suggest using an immersion blender to mix all the ingredients before adding them to the cup with the ice and strawberries. You can use that or use a small blender to mix them together. If you don’t have either of those things, then add them to a mason jar with a lid and shake the jar vigorously to completely mix everything together.
If you don’t think the drink looks pink enough, add a few drops of red food coloring. It’s an easy hack that will make a huge difference.
Copycat Pink Drink
This really is a nearly perfect low-carb copycat of the popular Starbucks drink.
It’s really easy to make it a frozen drink, too. Freeze the unsweetened coconut milk in an ice cube tray. Then, add it to a blender with the rest of the ingredients and mix it together. Garnish with some fresh strawberries for a fun touch and serve with these keto chocolate muffins for dessert!
