This keto pumpkin cream cold brew is a refreshing and energizing drink that tastes just like it came from a coffee shop! Enjoy your favorite drink without all the carbs.
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Few drinks are as creamy and satisfying as the pumpkin cream cold brew.
Not only does it have the caffeine that you so badly crave, but it also has a combination of almond milk and heavy whipping cream. So it’s rich without overpowering your gut.
Plus, this cold brew coffee drink is made with real pumpkin puree too! That slightly sweet ingredient doesn’t add very many carbs but it sure does make it taste a whole lot creamier!
Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew
I gotta be honest, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of pumpkin drinks in the fall. Sure I might change them up.
Sometimes I’m in the mood for a hot latte, other times I really want a refreshing and strong cold brew. No matter white, I love all the flavors that combine to make pumpkin spice!
Pumpkin pie spice is a unique combination of allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and a few other ingredients. Save yourself time and just buy a jar of it. You’ll definitely find other ways to use it! This unique spice adds depth of flavor to things like pumpkin chaffles and pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies. Sometimes, I’ll even just sprinkle some on top of my coffee.
When the weather is warm outside, make this pumpkin spice cold brew. It hits the spot every single time.
Cold Brew Coffee Recipe
Even if the weather is cold outside, I love sipping on a cold brew coffee. Sometimes I’m just too busy to drink my hot coffee before it gets cold.
The wonderful thing about cold brew is that it always tastes perfect – even if I sip on it for hours.
This cold brew coffee recipe tastes just like the Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew! It is just as thick, rich, and has the same jolt of caffeine that you depend on.
Unlike the Starbucks version, my recipe only has 2g net carbs in each cup! With carbs like this, you can enjoy two cups.
Best Coffee For Cold Brew
For cold brew, I suggest either brewing really strong coffee in your coffee pot or using chilled espresso. It should be very strong because when you add the pumpkin and other ingredients, it mutes that coffee taste.
If your coffee is too weak, you won’t taste it at all.
You don’t have to own an espresso machine. Just brew your coffee in the coffee pot like normal, but use less water than you normally would. This will make your coffee extra strong.
For the sweetener, I suggest using a liquid sweetener because it will dissolve the best. If you don’t have a liquid sweetener, then use granular. Any brand of liquid or granular sugar-free sweetener will work perfectly in this coffee recipe.
How To Store Cold Brew
Do not store it with ice cubes. Just pour the entire mixture into a pitcher with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator. I like to store my cold brew coffee in a large mason jar with a lid that screws on nice and tight. This way, I just have to shake the jar and it mixes up really well!
