Ingredients:
- Natural beef hot dogs
- Keto hot dog buns
- Large jalapeno peppers deseeded and sliced into large pieces
- Roma tomatoes sliced into large wedges
- Large onion sliced into large pieces
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mexican blend shredded cheese
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add in the vegetables and hot dogs. Cut a slit down one side of the hot dogs.
Season the vegetables with the paprika, chili powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
