Honestly, turnips are one of my favorite ways to replace potatoes. I like to use them just like I would a potato in beef stew. If you miss mashed potatoes, then this garlic cauliflower mashed potatoes recipe can’t be beaten.
Radishes are another really popular potato replacement because they are so low in carbs. Loaded radishes taste just like cheesy loaded potatoes – you can’t tell a difference.

When you make these scalloped turnips, use fresh herbs. You will notice a difference. The aroma from the fresh rosemary will fill your oven and make the kitchen smell divine!
You can use any type of onions or cheese that you like. I prefer Colby Jack cheese – Pepper Jack will add a little heat and kick to the radishes! Try it.
