For me, however, game day has always been about the food. More specifically, ALL the spicy food that I love, and that unfortunately cause me and my husband to have heartburns.
Everyone in my family LOVES spicy food, so it’s hard not to indulge during football season when I’m surrounded by all the yummy appetizers like these buffalo chicken wings and this jalapeño popper pizza.
Whether I’m prepping food for a tailgate party at Walmart or getting some stadium food at the game, food plays a major part in my life. But oftentimes, I’m not able to enjoy recipes like this jalapeño popper pizza because of my frequent heartburn.

This sheet pan pizza is a game day favorite at our house. It’s made with a crispy chicken pizza crust, making it low carb and keto-friendly pizza that we all can enjoy!
To make this sheet pan jalapeno popper pizza you’ll need three main ingredients; eggs, parmesan cheese, and canned chicken breast for the crust. Of course, you’ll also need all the classic jalapeño popper ingredients like jalapeño, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bacon, and mozzarella cheese if you’d like! T
his low carb pizza is super easy to make! For the big game day, you can drizzle your pizza with hot sauce and or ranch!!
Ingredients:
Chicken Crust
2 eggs
4 ounces of parmesan cheese
2 cans of canned chicken breast
Toppings
2 oz of cream cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 diced or sliced jalapenos
4 slices of bacon *I use precooked bacon but any will work
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain the cans of chicken breast.
Place chicken on parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10minutes.
Remove from oven and place in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients for the crust and mix.
Spread chicken mixture onto sheet pan and spread smooth with a spatula.
Bake for 10 minutes. Chop bacon and diced jalapenos, set aside.
In a bowl add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and microwave until cheese has melted. *It will be really thick. Smooth onto chicken pizza crust.
Top with cheddar cheese, jalapeno and bacon.
Bake until cheese has melted.
