I love cooking with ranch seasoning in my low-carb recipes! There are so many different ways you can use it and it pretty much tastes amazing all the time. I have used it in my keto loaded ranch cauliflower and my kids loved it!
It’s also the perfect seasoning for a keto chicken pizza or keto popcorn chicken.
If you are cooking for a family, then this recipe is sure to please even picky eaters. The pork chops are coated in scrumptious ranch seasoning and simmer in a creamy sauce – so they don’t dry out.
Creamy Ranch Pork Chops Keto
I also love how easy it is to reuse these pork chops in other recipes throughout the week. This is the perfect recipe to make for your meal prep because you can make entirely different recipes from the same meat.
Chop up the pork chops and add them to your favorite chopped salad. Or add some tomatoes and shredded carrots to some lettuce wraps with the pork chops and you have an easy lunch.

This recipe works for both boneless or bone-in pork chops. I prefer to cook boneless chops because they are easier for me to cut up for my kids, but either one works.

Ingredients:
Boneless pork chops
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
For the sauce:
Heavy whipping cream
Sour cream
Onion powder
Ranch seasoning
Instructions:
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the pork chops on both sides with the Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the pork chops to the skillet, and sear evenly on both sides. Saute until cooked through, and then remove from the skillet.
Drain the excess oil from the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Place the ingredients for the sauce into the skillet, and stir to combine well. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the pork chops back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce, and saute another few minutes before serving.

- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
Instructions
