Keto Creamy Pork Chops
This is another one of my favorite family recipes! This is a low-carb meal that everyone enjoys. Who doesn’t love meat in a thick and creamy sauce? It’s a crowd-pleaser for sure.
Plus, as it cooks in the skillet, your kitchen will be filled with the most tantalizing aromas. Your kids will come into the kitchen and ask what you’re cooking! Put this on your weekly rotation, it is going to be a favorite.
Easy Skillet Pork Chops
As a mom with young kiddos, I need something that I can make even if I’m distracted and don’t have much time. That’s why I created this easy recipe. It only takes 10 minutes of prep time and about 20 minutes to cook. This is a perfect 30-minute meal.
If you are super-busy, you can use steamable veggies on the side. It’s a filling and hearty meal in no time at all.
Parmesan Pork Chops
Trust me, use fresh parmesan cheese. I wouldn’t use any other cheese. As the pork chops fry, the parmesan cheese gives it a fantastic and crispy crust that is delightful when you bite into it.
Plus, when you use Italian seasoning in the sauce, it is the perfect Italian meal! If your family isn’t on the keto diet with you, you could serve some of the sauce on top of some egg noodles for them.
Pork Meal Prep Recipes
This sauce reheats so well for leftovers. I love making a few extra pork chops for myself and then storing them in my meal prep containers for the rest of the week.
Chop up the pork chops and add them to your favorite chopped salad. Or, serve the leftover pork chops and cream sauce on top of cauliflower rice or cauliflower mash. This will also taste really delicious in a lettuce wrap.
Keto Skillet Pork Chops
One of the best things about this recipe is that it is delightfully low in carbs. One pork chop is one serving, and in each serving, there are only 2g net carbs! That gives you plenty of carbs leftover to indulge in your favorite side dishes.
What To Serve With Pork Chops
I like to serve these pork chops with roasted cauliflower, roasted asparagus, or a side of spicy egg salad.
Basically, anything that your family loves will taste amazing with this dish. Roast or steam your favorite veggies and it’s a complete meal.
