Shake things up and make this tasty keto chicken bacon ranch pizza! It uses a simple fathead dough and is topped with crispy bacon.
Is Ranch Keto
Some bottles of ranch dressing that you will buy at the grocery store have added sugar or carbs, so you need to read labels before you buy them.
More than likely, a packet of ranch seasoning mix is going to be keto-friendly. It’s mostly just spices and dried milk powder.
I love using dry ranch seasoning in my cooking. It adds lots of flavor without increasing the carb count. It made my keto cheddar ranch chicken burgers mouth-wateringly good! I also used it to make keto ranch popcorn chicken. These little nuggets were so tasty that I didn’t need any dip.
Keto Pizza Crust Recipe
There are a few different ways you can make this crust. If you want it to be chewier, almost resembling hand-tossed, I suggest rolling it out to be a little thicker.
If you want your pizza crust to be thin and crispy, roll it out really thin and keep baking it until it is nice and done to your liking.
You can also roll some cheese sticks in the top of the crust and make a stuffed-crust pizza just like from the restaurants!
Recipes Using Fathead Dough
I used the simple fathead dough recipe to make this pizza crust. Fathead dough is naturally low in carbs because it’s basically made up of mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, and eggs. The result is a crispy but chewy dough that has the most amazing taste and mouthfeel.
In fact, this dough recipe is so versatile that I’ve used it in other recipes too. I used this crust recipe to make keto pumpkin bagels. I also love how amazing my keto garlic toast recipe turned out too.
Keto Chicken Pizza
This is a fantastic way to use leftover chicken breast. Just sprinkle it on top of your pizza!
There are a few ways you can save time when you make this pizza. Shred rotisserie chicken on top. Or, premake the crust and store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to make the pizza. You can also save time by premaking the bacon and keeping it in the fridge too.
Try replacing the chicken with different types of meat. The ranch and bacon will taste delicious with ground sausage or ground turkey on top.
How To Store Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza
This recipe tastes the best when it is hot out of the oven. I love how the cheese melts and the spices all permeate the crispy crust.
If you want to store leftover pizza, I suggest placing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator or a resealable food storage bag. It will stay fresh for about 3 days. After 3 days, the sauce and ingredients will soften the crust and it just won’t taste as good.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 3
Ingredients:
Mozzarella Cheese
Cream Cheese
Almond Flour
Egg
Bacon
Chicken
Ranch Dressing
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
Start by making the crust. Add 1 ½ cups of the mozzarella cheese into a large microwave safe bowl, then add in the cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, then continue to microwave in 15 second increments, until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
While cheeses are still warm add in the almond flour and egg and mix. You may have to use your hands to fully combine all the ingredients. If it’s sticky you can use a little oil on your hands to help.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick-baking mat. Place the dough on the baking sheet and form the crust until it reaches to about a 9×13 rectangle.
Place the crust in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust is starting to turn golden brown around the edges. Allow the crust to cool for 5 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350F degrees.
Once the crust has cooled, spoon the ranch dressing evenly over the crust and spread around, leaving a border of crust around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded chicken on top of the ranch dressing and then add the crumbled bacon on top of the chicken.
Top off the pizza with the extra ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake pizza in 350-degree oven for about 8-9 minutes. Cut into six slices and enjoy!
