DIY Wine Glass Tutu Place Card Holders

With just a couple of dollars, you can easily make a dozen DIY wine glass tutus that can be used over and over again by simply swapping out the tags we use for names.

Tulle **how much you use really depends on how poofy you want your tutu. I used 1/4 of a yard in each color.
Small rubber bands
Scissors
Gift tag

Directions:

Cut 6 inch strips of tulle. Don’t worry if they’re not all the same size.

Tie strips onto small rubber band. The more tulle you use the prettier it will look!

Slide wine glass tutu onto stem of wine glass, and wrap around once.

Tie on tag and you’re done!
