These keto air fryer fritters are the perfect low-carb snack! They replace cornbread, corn fritters, and cheddar biscuits – with the best flavors.

It seems like snack foods, and party foods are some of the most difficult ones to give up when you go on the keto diet. I am a huge fan of fried corn fritters – thankfully, there is a way to make a keto-friendly snack that rivals even the crispiest fried corn fritter.

There are just five simple ingredients in these delicious parmesan air fryer fritters. That leaves you plenty of room for customization and changing them, so they taste just how you want them to.

Low-Carb Fritters

There are less than one gram of net carbs in each bite! That makes it easy to track your macros – and gives you plenty of fritters that you can eat while you are on the keto diet.

The only flavors in these keto fritters are onion, garlic powder, and pepper. If you want them to have a little spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. 

I didn’t think that these fritters needed any salt, but if you add a pinch of sea salt, it will just enhance the garlic and onion even more. I also think that a little bit of parsley and oregano would taste incredible on top of the fritters.

Every time you use the air fryer, I suggest spraying the basket down with a non-stick spray. The parmesan cheese bites tend to stick to the basket. You can also use a baking pan or tray that fits inside your air fryer.

Make sure your fritters are as flat as you want. Keep in mind that the flatter you make them, the quicker they will cook. It is also a lot easier to flip them over when they are thicker. 

Don’t forget to flip the cheese crisps over halfway through the cooking time to cook evenly on both sides.

How To Store Keto Parmesan Snacks 

The best way to store these fritters is to keep them in an airtight container or food storage bag and keep them in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to three days.

Cook Time: 8-10 minutes

Ingredients:

Grated Parmesan cheese
Eggs
Onion
Garlic powder
Pepper

Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well blended.

Divide the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls, and flatten each slightly in your hand.

  • 1 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until well blended.
  • Divide the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls, and flatten each slightly in your hand.
  • Place the bites into a well greased baking pan or tray, and cook in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes on each side.
