I used ground beef. You can swap the beef for ground pork, ground chicken, or even ground turkey. They will all taste delicious with this recipe.
Keto Egg Roll
These meatball egg rolls have a delightful bite! If you want to make them spicier, add more red pepper flakes or a little more ginger paste. If you want to make them milder then decrease how much ginger paste you use.
There are only 2 grams of net carbs in each serving; one serving is 6 meatballs. This recipe makes 30 meatballs total.
