This keto red white and blue cheesecake salad has strawberries and blueberries in a whipped cream cheese filling that everyone will love! It’s going to surprise you that it really is keto-friendly.
Red, White, and Blue Dessert
When your dessert is beautiful enough to replace the centerpiece on your table, you know you have a winner! This beautiful dessert isn’t just a showstopper, it’s healthy and low in carbs too!
Blueberries are really high in antioxidants and strawberries are packed with vitamin C. Plus, cream cheese and whipping cream both have protein and calcium – so this dessert is actually good for you. You can’t beat that!
Cheesecake Salad Recipe
The name cheesecake salad is so perfect because it really does taste just like cheesecake.
This recipe is a cinch to make ahead. Just follow the recipe and then store it in the refrigerator inside an airtight container. It doesn’t last very long – after a while, the texture changes a bit. I suggest only keeping it for about 2 days.
One quick tip: Please fold in your blueberries very carefully. This means, when you add your blueberries, gently scrape the whipped cream topping from the bottom and sides of the bowl and let it fall over the blueberries. If you mix it too much, the blueberries will stain the cream cheese topping bluish purple.
You only need to mix it just enough so that the blueberries aren’t sitting on top of the cheesecake filling. It doesn’t take long at all.
Low-Carb Fourth Of July Desserts
Whether you are serving this at a fourth of July party, Memorial day cookout, or just having a patriotic-themed get-together, this cheesecake salad is festive and perfect!
In fact, it will fit in beautifully with red, white, and blue keto mascarpone and triple-berry trifle.
If you are having a cookout, serve keto chicken and veggie kabobs with keto broccoli salad on the side. It’s delicious and perfect for larger families.
Cream Cheese Cheesecake Salad
A really fun way to serve this cheesecake salad at parties is to make them in small cups. This way, guests can carry them around and eat them.
I’ll also make them in small resealable containers at home so that I have something I can grab and take with me on the go. It’s one more way to prepare for dessert cravings before they happen.
Festive No-Bake Cheesecake
I love making no-bake recipes when the weather gets warmer. I don’t know about you, but I sure don’t like to use my oven when it’s already hot out. This no-bake recipe is also refreshing to dip into when the sun is beating down.
A few other of my favorite no-bake recipes are chocolate mousse and no-bake peanut butter mousse. I always serve them at parties too and they disappear so fast.
Berry Cheesecake Salad
Feel free to modify this recipe however you want. I used strawberries for the red color and blueberries for blue, but you can add raspberries for some more red or even instead of strawberries.
Another way to customize it – top with unsweetened coconut flakes. Not only does it taste delicious, but it dresses it up and gives it a satisfying crunchy texture too.
If you are going to serve this at a patriotic party, add some sparkler-themed cake toppers. This is such a stunning dessert that it’s easy to use to dress up your dessert table.
