1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of low carb sweetener (erythritol) **adjust with more or less to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Chop broccoli and bacon.
2. Add broccoli, bacon, sunflower seeds, and shredded cheese into a large bowl.
3.Top with mayonnaise, erythritol, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Refrigerate salad at least one hour before serving.

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
