If you don’t own an Instant Pot, get one. This will become your new favorite kitchen gadget. One whole turkey breast can feed up to 8 people. A whole turkey breast fits easily inside the Instant Pot. You can literally feed two families in less than an hour.

Easy Low-Carb Gravy
The gravy that comes with the turkey breast is not going to be low-carb. Flour is probably the main ingredient. If you want a low-carb gravy, then make the one from my Swedish Meatball Recipe.
That gravy comes out thick and creamy – just use chicken broth instead of beef broth so that the flavors match the turkey.

Ingredients:
Whole turkey breast
Chicken stock
Butter
Paprika
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Lemon zest
Lemon Juice
Gravy:
8 servings
Butter
Chicken broth
Garlic powder
Xantham gum
Salt, & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS;
1. If your turkey breast comes with a gravy packet, remove and discard.
2. Take 2 Tbsp of butter, and spread under the skin of the turkey. Take the remaining 2 Tbsp of butter, melt in the microwave, then pour over the turkey.
3. Rub the turkey with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon zest.
4. Place Instant Pot trivet in the pot. Pour 1 cup of chicken stock at the bottom and add turkey.
5. Close Instant Pot and set to Manual. Cook on High Pressure for 45 minutes.
6. Let pressure release naturally.
7. Carefully remove the turkey from the pot.

Whisk in garlic powder, salt and pepper, and xantham gum.
Stir in chicken broth and simmer until thickens.

Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast whole
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 lemon juiced
Low Carb Gravy
- 4 tbsp dairy butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp arlic powder
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- Salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
