No-Bake Peanut Butter Cups
You know those summer months when you really don’t want to use your oven? That’s what this recipe is for! There is no baking required at all. You just make the crust and filling and then freeze them. That’s it!

Keto Peanut Butter Dessert
These are tiny little keto peanut butter cups. Their small size makes them really easy to portion out for yourself. They are also the perfect things to serve your guests at a summer party.
Fill a cupcake tray with these mini peanut butter cups and your guests will love munching on them.
Keto-Friendly Peanut Butter
When you are looking for a keto-friendly peanut butter, always look at the ingredients list. Find one that only has two ingredients – peanuts and oil (and maybe salt). Do not buy anything that lists any type of sugar as an ingredient.
If you are allergic to peanut butter, you can use almond butter instead. You should probably leave the peanut butter cups off as well if you are avoiding peanut butter.
Keto Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites
These are the perfect desserts to make ahead and freeze for later. If you are going to freeze them, I suggest placing them on a baking sheet and freezing them completely first.
Then, wrap them up individually in wax or parchment paper and keep them in an airtight freezer-safe food storage bag.
They will stay fresh in the freezer for up to 6 months.
