Covered in a flavorful Italian sauce, this keto sausage skillet is a one-pan dinner. Kielbasa and spinach combine perfectly for a dinner recipe you’ll want to make again.
Kielbasa Keto Recipe
This is an Italian recipe for Polish sausage. It’s amazing how well the garlic, spinach, and creamy sauce go with the kielbasa. When you pick out the sausage for this recipe, find the one that sounds the most delicious to you.
Any flavor will taste perfect with it.
It’s also a really easy to change this recipe however you want. Use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. Sprinkle in some yellow and green bell peppers. Use kale instead of spinach. Sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top to give it a bit more heat.

Sausage and Spinach Skillet
This is one of the quickest and easiest meals you can make. The most time-consuming part is slicing the sausage and chopping the onions. If you want to save yourself time, slice the sausage ahead of time and skip the onions entirely.
You will love the creamy Tuscan sauce. Make a little extra and add it on top of your favorite type of low-carb noodle. This would tastes perfect on top of zucchini noodles, with the earthy flavors.
Keto Sausage Skillet
There is one more way you can change this recipe to make it more appealing to kids or picky eaters. If they don’t like the kielbasa sausage, replace it with some low-carb meatballs.
In fact, if you make mozzarella stuffed meatballs, they will taste amazing with the creamy Tuscan sauce.
Spinach is extremely good for you, don’t leave it out. It’s packed with iron, gut-healthy fiber, and loads of vitamin A. I’ve used spinach before in keto Cajun meatballs. When it wilts, it takes on the flavors of whatever sauce it’s simmering in. It’s easier to eat this way too.
Kielbasa and Spinach
You can store this in your meal prep, but I don’t recommend trying to freeze it. The taste will change after it thaws back out.
Instead, I suggest keeping leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat it on the stove or in the microwave and make sure it’s stirred really well to combine everything together again.
Creamy Tuscan Skillet
Creamy Tuscan skillets are some of my favorite meals to cook! I love the aromatic Italian herbs with the thick and creamy sauce.
If you enjoy keto Italian food, try this keto Tuscan chicken skillet next. It’s made with thick coconut milk for a high-fat and high-protein meal.
Or enjoy a soup on a cold day. Creamy keto Tuscan soup also has fresh spinach and chicken broth; but I used ground sausage instead of kielbasa.
