~ I’m Back & It’s Time For A Change! ~
While nearing the end of my pregnancy with Olivia, my hair began to get very dry and dull. I guess after two pregnancies in less than two years it has begun to take a toll on my normally healthy looking hair.
Now that I’m nearing my sixth postpartum week I’m so ready to get back to normal and the first thing I want to tackle is my hair. What I don’t want to tackle in the process is the high salon prices. I have very long thick hair that cost an arm and a leg to get cut and colored. That’s exactly the reason why I decided to give the new Brilliant Brunette® Visibly Brighter™ In-Shower Treatment a try. Although it’s not available in all store it can easily be found online at Walmart.com.
I went with the Brilliant Brunette® Visibly Brighter™ Treatment (see it in action here), the Brilliant Brunette® Visibly Brighter™ Subtle Lightening Shampoo and the Brilliant Brunette® Visibly Brighter™ Subtle Lightening Conditioner that Visbly boosts the brightness of your brunette daily. My decision was easy to make because I’m not looking for a new haircut or total color makeover. I simply wanted to give my hair a shiny and healthy gradual sun-kissed look right at home.
The Visibly Brighter™ Treatment is what initially sold me, because it instantly lightens one shade of your natural hair color, which is a perfect alternative to the expensive harsh highlights that I normally get. Also, it’s safe to use on my already highlighted hair.
While the Visibly Brighter™ Treatment lightens my hair, The Brilliant Brunette® Visibly Brighter™ Subtle Lightening Shampoo/Conditioner will visibly boosts the brightness of my brunette color daily. Hoping this can replace my monthly salon visit. Will it work? Check back in and see for yourself, I’ll be sharing the result in a few weeks.
This is the perfect start for me getting back into my groove and ready for all the fun summer outfits I can now wear.

What do you plan on doing with your hair this Summer?

I am glad to see that this line has come a long way. When it first launched it turned my hair such a brassy red shade and damaged it. I tried so hard to cover it and ended up having to cut most of it off and starting all over.

Instead of coloring my hair maybe I shoukd do this after I dye it back to my natural hair color, that sounds weird – dying it my natural hair color. Hah. I can’t wait to see what it looks like.

I’m using the visibly deeper line right now to deepen my color and loving it so far! I hope you love your results!
