Steak and Broccoli
Very few vegetables go with steak, quite like broccoli does. This cruciferous vegetable tastes grassy and earthy, so it accentuates the savory flavors in the steak.

They are the perfect pair already, but I made them even better by adding alfredo sauce on top!
Most people don’t smother steak with sauce. But when you taste this entree, you’ll be an instant fan.
It doesn’t overpower the taste of the steak. Instead, it brings out the flavors that you love!
Steak Alfredo Skillet
Do you love homemade alfredo sauce as much as I do? I keep finding new ways to use it in my cooking. My keto air fryer alfredo wings are always a huge hit at parties.

And whenever I’m in the mood for classic alfredo pasta, I make my roasted garlic alfredo sauce with palmini noodles.
For steak and broccoli alfredo, I kept the alfredo sauce pretty simple. It combines butter, garlic, heavy whipping cream, basil, and parmesan cheese.
You don’t want to add much more than that because you still want the steak and broccoli to stand out.
Broccoli Alfredo Skillet
Steak and broccoli taste amazing together, but broccoli is a natural addition to alfredo sauce. So this recipe works out so perfectly in all the different ways. And you can speed up the process, too.

Fry up the sliced steak ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to make this meal.
You can also steam the broccoli ahead of time and store them in the fridge, too. Then, all you have to do is make the alfredo sauce and heat everything up together.
What To Eat With Alfredo
Steak and broccoli alfredo is a very filling entree, so add some lighter vegetables to the side. Some fluffy cauliflower rice or a slice of keto garlic bread will both taste perfect with the alfredo skillet.

Or, add some zoodles to the alfredo. Then, make some cauliflower mashed potatoes as the side dish.
If you have kids, then they will enjoy Low-carb cauliflower mac and cheese on the side with the steak.
How To Store Steak and Broccoli
This steak and broccoli recipe is perfect for your weekly meal prep. Store it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days.

It’s best to reheat it in the microwave, but keep it covered because it could splatter. If you need to make more sauce, just add more parmesan cheese.
