This Keto chicken cordon bleu casserole is one of my favorite casseroles to make. I end up making this a lot when I’m in need of something quick and easy because it’s also one that everyone enjoys!

Keto Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauce

The star in this casserole is the addicting low carb sauce! It’s a creamy dijon sauce that’s easily whipped up in just a few minutes! This sauce reheats wonderfully making this keto casserole recipe perfect for leftovers and meal prepping!!

That’s why I love making casseroles in general, they are very versatile. I often make this keto Reuben casserole, a low carb jalapeno popper chicken casserole, and this keto beef and cabbage casserole that’s really easy to make!

Keto Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe

To give this keto casserole a crunchy topping I used pork rinds but you can also choose to use bacon. This is optional and the casserole tastes just as good without it! I always prefer using pork rinds as a substitute for bread crumbs, it adds a better crunch and kicks the flavor up a notch in my opinion. Also, it is a Keto friendly substitute that has ZERO carbs!

Other casserole recipes I like to make are the Keto Jalapeno Popper Casserole and the Keto Reuben Casserole. And yes, just like this recipe, you can make them ahead of time and store!

How To Store Keto Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

If you’re meal planning, this casserole can be refrigerated for 3-5 days. If longer, you can simply follow the steps above, except baking it. Cover with aluminum foil and freeze!

Tip: To save time shred a store-bought rotisserie chicken!

What to serve with this keto chicken cordon bleu casserole

When serving, you can pair this easy casserole with your favorite salad, veggies or even cauliflower rice!

All in all, if you love chicken cordon blue you’ll want to give this recipe a try! It has all of the classic flavors that a traditional chicken cordon bleu!

How To Make KetoChicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients:

6 chicken breast
8 oz of deli ham
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 stick of melted butter
4 oz of water
1 tbsp mustard
8 slices of swiss cheese
1/4 of crushed pork rinds

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cook and chop your chicken into bite-size pieces.


Add chicken to casserole dish.


In a small bowl add butter, cream cheese, dijon mustard and, water. Mix until smooth.


Pour sauce into casserole dish and mix with chicken.


Top with ham, cheese and pork rinds.


Bake for 30-40 minutes.


Broil until top is crispy!
