There’s a reason so many recipes made with ranch include the word “crack” in them! These keto crack biscuits are seriously addicting.
Keto Crack Biscuits
This doesn’t taste like diet food. The bold ranch flavors mix with the salty and savory bacon bits to create an unforgettable biscuit. These crack biscuits taste so good that you’ll want to eat them for lunch every single day.
Would you believe me if I told you that each biscuit only has 3 grams net carbs? It’s true! They are made with my favorite fathead dough recipe (more on that further below) and flavored with bacon and ranch seasoning.
I made them in my favorite cast iron skillet. I love how the skillet adds deeper flavors to the biscuits. It’s irresistible!
Keto Fathead Dough Biscuits
It’s a funny name, but fathead dough is the best base to use for lots of keto-friendly bread recipes. I used it to make keto mummy dogs, keto bread bowls, and keto chicken pesto flatbread.
What is fathead dough?
It’s a combination of melted mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, xanthan tum, baking powder, almond flour, and eggs.
When you use these ingredient together, you get a pliable dough that you can flavor and use in tons of keto-friendly breading recipes!
Remember to always use almond flour – not almond meal – when you make fathead dough. If you use almond meal, the biscuits will turn out grainy.
Easy Keto Biscuits
I’ve made other biscuit recipes before. If you’re on keto and thought you had to give up biscuits for good, I’ve got good news! Just make these recipes!
I love to eat sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast. It’s so satisfying and comforting on cold mornings. And keto garlic drop biscuits are an all-around delicious biscuit that almost tastes like Red Lobster’s cheddar biscuits.
These are so easy to make. Melt the two cheeses together, mix everything else together, and then drop biscuits onto a baking sheet and bake them. Even beginning bakers can make them.
Bacon Biscuits
So many recipes taste better when you add bacon – and these biscuits are one of them. I love biting into the biscuits and eating crispy bacon bits in every bite.
If you have leftover biscuits, store them in an airtight container. They will last about a day or two at room temperature, up to four days in the refrigerator, and up to six months in the freezer.
What To Eat With Biscuits
Serve these biscuits at your next family dinner. They taste perfect with my air fryer turkey breast. You can even serve the biscuits with keto sausage stuffing, keto cauliflower stuffing and some loaded cauliflower mash!
