Eat dip for lunch! Keto cucumber crack dip is so delicious you’ll forget that it’s good for you too. And there are only 2 grams net carbs in each serving!
What Is Crack Dip
Anytime you see crack recipes on my blog (and I have a lot of them), they usually have three ingredients in common – cream cheese, bacon, and ranch seasoning. It turns out that this combination is slightly addicting.
I usually make it with chicken – like my crack chicken enchiladas. But this time I made the dip without any extra chicken. The bacon is the only type of meat in the dip.
This is a creamy dip that rivals any French onion dip that you can buy at the store. It’s creamy, rich, and refreshing. And it tastes delicious with any dippers that you add to it.
Cucumber Crack Dip
Yes, there really is cucumber in this dip. And it’s not diced cucumber either. You’ll shred up the cucumber into fine shreds and then remove as much moisture as you possibly can.
All you want is shredded cucumber, not the water or juice that comes with it. Use a food processor.
It’s the quickest and easiest way to shred your cucumber. If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a mandolin slicer.
Use a cheese grater as a last resort. The cheese grater is the most difficult to use.
Keto Cucumber Dip
What’s the best kind of cucumber to shred and use in a dip? I prefer to use long, thin, English cucumbers.
They have the sweetest flavors. If you can find a seedless cucumber, use that! You won’t have the mess of the seeds as you shred it.
Remember to remove as much moisture as possible from the cucumbers. To do this, place the shredded cucumber in a cheesecloth.
Then wrap the cheesecloth around the cucumber. Wring it out over the sink or a bowl, squeezing as much moisture out as you can.
Keto Dippers
Even though this dip is made with cucumbers, you can still use cucumber slices as the dippers. In fact, it will taste pretty delicious together!

Bell pepper slices, carrot sticks, and pork rinds are all great choices, too. Or grab some low-carb crackers from the store.
How To Store Dip
Store leftover cucumber crack dip in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. For the best results, eat it within three days.
As it sits in the fridge, the dip will become really thick. All you have to do is let it set at room temperature for a little bit and then mix it up with an electric mixer.
