Combine your two favorite holiday desserts into one dish. Keto eggnog cheesecake has the spice you love, with just 5 grams net carbs per slice.
Is Eggnog Keto
The eggnog you buy at the store is definitely not keto-friendly. One cup has around 20 grams net carbs! That’s your entire day’s worth of carbs in one drink.
No thanks.
That’s why I always make my own eggnog whenever I make low-carb eggnog dessert recipes. There are just 5 grams net carbs in each slice of this eggnog cheesecake.
I made my own eggnog out of egg yolk, heavy whipping cream, Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute, and a few essential spices. It tastes just like the drink from the store, but fits within your macros.

This is the perfect cheesecake to make ahead and store it in your refrigerator before your dinner or party. Keep it covered with plastic wrap or a lid so that the air doesn’t make it stale. It will stay fresh and tasty for up to three days.

It isn’t eggnog cheesecake without eggnog. I included my favorite eggnog recipe in this recipe card. You could even make extra and serve it as a drink with the cheesecake.
I used egg yolk in my eggnog. You’ll have to temper the egg yolk so it’s safe to eat.
Don’t forget to chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight. This will help it set up and have a thicker texture.
