Mozzarella cheese sticks
Eggs
Blanched almond flour
Grated parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Add eggs to a bowl, whisk and set aside.
In a separate bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix.
Cut mozzarella sticks in half.
Dip each cheese stick in eggs, then dip into breading.
Repeat until cheese sticks are well coated.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and add cheese sticks. *Make sure to leave room between them.
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Serve with marinara!

- 3 eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup pork rinds ground
- 3 tbsp blanched almond flour
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
