These keto buffalo chicken taquitos are crazy easy to make and they’ve got that spicy buffalo wing taste that everyone loves! Just like the pizza roll up version, this Keto recipe makes a great snack, on the go lunch or even a low carb appetizer!

Can you make Keto taquitos ahead of time?
Unfortunately, these taquitos do not reheat well but you can definitely make the buffalo chicken the night before to save some time.
Can I use another cheese?
Slices of mozzarella cheese are what I had on hand but I also find that it holds up the best! If you’d like to use a different cheese I suggest a mix of shredded cheddar cheese, shredded jack cheese, and parmesan. I also use this exact cheese mix to make Keto taco shells.

Add diced celery to chicken.
Swap out the cilantro and top your taquitos with blue cheese, avocados or even jalapenos!
Keto Buffalo Chicken Taquitos
1 1/2 cup of cooked chicken
1/4 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce
10 slices mozzarella cheese
How to make buffalo chicken Taquitos
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add chicken and hot sauce to bowl and mix.
Place parchment paper on the cookie sheet and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Bake cheese for about 5-6minutes or until edges start to brown. Remove cheese from the oven and allow the cheese to cool down.
Top with the desired amount of chicken and roll.
Top with cilantro and serve with celery and more hot sauce, blue cheese, or even a low carb ranch dip!
