Need a quick and easy low carb dinner idea that everyone will enjoy? These Keto Steak Fajitas Lettuce Wraps are a great alternative to the typical burgers and hot dogs for fun family gatherings that your guests are sure to love.
The secret to this flavorful keto fajita recipe is the homemade fajita seasoning, and the results are flavorful and healthy! This recipe is not only easy to make but the cleanup is minimal since it’s made one skillet (I love this skillet)!
What is fajita seasoning made of?
This homemade low carb fajita seasoning is made with a blend of cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and coriander. For a spicy kick, you can also add about 1/2 tsp (or less) of cayenne pepper.
It’s also really easy to customize too! We used steak but this recipe also works with chicken, seafood, or ground turkey! For a vegetarian version, you can use mushroom instead! You can also choose to top with cheese, jalapeños or even guacamole!
So easy and perfect for meal prepping too! Simply cook ahead of time and divide it into containers (I use this meal prepping container set). Fajitas are normally served on warm tortillas but for this low carb recipe, we used lettuce just like we did here for this Keto P.F. Chag’s lettuce wraps copycat recipe!
You could also serve over cauliflower rice or you could make your own tortillas with this low carb tortillas recipe!
