What Is Fluff Dessert
A fluff dessert is a no-bake treat that’s smoother and lighter than cheesecake filling, but with the same rich flavor. Basically, you sweeten cream cheese and mix it with some heavy whipping cream.
The result tastes like something in between a cheesecake or cream cheese frosting.
There are a bunch of different ways to flavor a fluff dessert. And it’s naturally low in carbs (especially when you sweeten it with Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute).
This is a fantastic go-to dessert when you’re planning a party and you want to make something that you can eat with everyone. No one will be able to tell that this is low-carb.

Cranberry Fluff
This is an indulgent dessert. It tastes so good and fills you up so much, that it’s worth every single carb.
There are 6 grams net carbs in each serving, and this entire recipe makes 6 servings.
What gives it all those carbs? The cranberries have a lot of natural sugar in them.
To balance out the tartness from the cranberries, I added some fresh orange juice. Together, they increase the carbs a bit, but they also make a dessert that you’ll eat slowly, savoring every bite.
