Target’s dollar bin section is my favorite during the holidays! While out shopping for water bottles, and snacks in preparation for hurricane Irma I stopped to check out Target’s Halloween (click here to see some cute DIY Halloween costumes) goodies. They had a ton of glitter pumpkins, mini painted pumpkin sets, velvet pumpkins, spooky mirrors, and so much more! Check out the Target Halloween Dollar Bin picks below!
