Both Jospeh and Olivia have extremely sensitive skin. I thought with four older boys that there was very little that I haven’t dealt with, but boy was I wrong. They seem to have inherited their sensitive skin from their daddy and I’m still learning how to keep their skin clear. It’s products like WaterWipes that makes navigating this new issue a lot easier for me. When Joseph was first born, I bought the usual wipes I always used and they wreaked havoc on his fresh newborn skin. Later, when Olivia came along, I thought there was no way they’d both be so sensitive, so I bought the same wipes and detergent that I’ve always loved to use and the same thing happen again. It was then that I decided to try and use as many chemical free products as I could.
WaterWipes is a chemical free baby wipes that, believe it or not, only contain TWO products: 99.9% pure irish water and 0.1% grapefruit seed extract (a natural skin conditioner). I love that they manage to keep their wipes both durable and effective without adding any harmful chemicals that are often found in many other baby wipes. This means that they’re perfect to use on their faces and hands, something I’m not able to say about many other wipes, they’re the perfect natural option for both of my little ones! I may still be learning what works on both Olivia and Joseph’s skin, but knowing that I have access to products like WaterWipes gives me a little peace of mind. Also, the fact that they’re available at Target just makes it even sweeter!
If you’re wondering (like I was) how WaterWipes keeps from going bad without adding any preservatives; they’re good up to 15 months unopened and they last one month when they are opened, which is plenty of time for me because I use them for everything. After did test them out, I became a huge fan. I will always have these in hand for diaper changes, messy dinners and even for days where we have a little fun with crafts! Are you a fan of Target and want to give WaterWipes a try? If so, you’re in luck, because from now until August 18th you have the opportunity to enter (see below to enter) and win one of five $100 Target gift cards that I-C is giving away!

I love water wipes because my daughter was always sensitive to other wipes. Even now that she is older, we always have wipes on hands for messes in the car when we are out and about. Wipes are so versatile and water wipes are far superior to other wipes on the market.

Wipes are one of the best inventions, ever! We had a span of 12 years that we didn’t have any babies in the house and we still bought wipes for various uses! I have never tried water wipes but am excited to try them.

I never really put much thought into the products I used until I became a parent, and I was using those same things on my kids. Baby wipes is one thing I always thought was safe. These WaterWipes sound amazing — I can’t believe they only have 2 ingredients!

I’m going to pick up a pack on my next shopping run. My youngest (still in diapers) has sensitive skin… I also keep a pack or two in my bathroom for feminine stuff…
