Perfect for Fall, a Halloween themed dinner, and all through those cold winter days.

How To Make This Creamy Keto Pumpkin Soup

To make this comforting pumpkin soup you’ll only need 7 ingredients (see below) most of which you probably already have in your pantry. You can also choose to add chicken which will give your soup some added protein. Tip: buy a premade rotisserie chicken, remove the skin, chop and add to soup.

Creamy Keto Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Pumpkin Puree – 1 3/4 cup
Chicken broth – 4 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
Thyme – 1/2 tsp
For a flavorful kick add a 1/2 tsp of chili or cumin
Heavy cream – 1/2 cup

Stir together all the ingredients minus the heavy cream.

Bring to a boil.


Simmer on medium or low heat for 10 minutes.


Remove soup from heat and add cream.


Drizzle with extra cream and top with grated ginger and pumpkin seeds.

  • 1/2 tsp cumin or chili for a spicy kick

Toppings

  • Bacon
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Sour Cream

Instructions
