What size tortillas can you use to make them? Honestly, any size will work!
I used large keto tortillas. But if you use smaller ones, you’ll just have to use more of them. It’s really no problem at all.
And if you want to change things up, use keto white chocolate chips or keto dark chocolate chips. For a little extra flair, dunk them into some keto whipped topping at the end.
Talk about delicious!
Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
Are you allergic to peanut butter? Then I suggest making these scrumptious bites with a seed butter, like Sunbutter.
You can also make them with some natural almond butter, too. If you’re going to make them with peanut butter, read the ingredient label.
Some brands of peanut butter sweeten them or use unhealthy oils in them. It’s best to use natural peanut butter because it won’t have extra oils (which are unhealthy sources of fat).

Ingredients
- Large Keto Tortillas
- Cream Cheese
- Natural Peanut Butter
- Keto Chocolate Chips
- Melted Butter
Directions
Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Blend together the cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Spread half of the peanut butter mixture onto each tortilla.
Sprinkle the tortillas with ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
Tightly roll the tortillas closed over the filling. Slice the tortillas into 1 inch pieces.
Layer the pieces into an air fryer tray and brush with the melted butter,
Cook at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, or until browned nicely. Place the 2 Tbsp of chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until melted.
