Most mornings are very busy and I don’t have time to be making different breakfast recipes for everyone, but I also don’t want to serve them sugary cereals either. Normally I would make these Keto Bacon Egg Cups but everyone needed a change!
I kept things simple and made This keto sausage egg and cheese recipe that is just as easy and tasty as our popular keto pizza roll ups and they’re perfect for those hectic mornings!
This keto sausage egg and cheese roll ups recipe is a major time saver and everyone loves them! They’re also super easy to customize and add any fillings the kids may request!
You can use bacon instead of sausage, add shredded cheddar cheese, or drizzle with ketchup or hot sauce before rolling. Serve them with these homemade low carb air fryer sausage patties too!

Can Breakfast roll ups be made ahead of time?
Unfortunately, these roll ups taste best when fresh from the oven. You can, however, make the sausage and egg the night before, refrigerate and then reheat in the morning and assemble when ready. This will save you even more time!
How To Make Keto Breakfast Roll Ups
Ingredients:
10 Eggs
1/2 pound ground sausage
10 slices mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook sausage through and add eggs.
Stir until cooked and set aside.
Place parchment paper on the cookie sheet and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Bake cheese for 5-6minutes or until edges starts to brown. Remove cheese from the oven and allow to cool down.
Divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese and roll.
These roll ups taste great as is but if you’d like them to be a bit crunchier simply grease a pan with butter or oil and cook until crisp.
Serve with sugar-free ketchup or hot sauce!
