Copycat Crunchwrap Supreme
I kept this recipe really easy by using store-bought low-carb tortillas. There are recipes out there for homemade tortillas. If you’re short on time, just grab some from the store.
Make sure you buy both large and soft taco-sized tortillas. The best way to get that iconic crunchwrap texture is to layer a smaller, crispy, fried tortilla inside a large tortilla that you wrap around it.
Keto Queso Recipe
Save this recipe even if it’s just to keep the queso recipe. Make the queso spicier by adding some hot sauce. This is a really mild recipe because it’s made for kids and families.
If you don’t have a food processor, buy one. It will make the queso so much easier! You could wait for the butter and cream cheese to soften at room temperature, but a food processor will mix it all up without waiting for that.
To make this without a food processor, let the cream cheese and butter soften a lot. Then, use a hand mixer to mix everything together.
