Keto Lasagna Roll-Ups
Who else is a huge fan of lasagna? I know I am! With this simple roll-up recipe, you can take the classic lasagna flavors and roll them up in a crispy cheese wrap. This keeps your carb amounts lower and curbs your cravings.
You can actually give into your cravings on the keto diet when you make food with low-carb ingredients.
One word of warning, this is a dairy-heavy recipe. If you are lactose intolerant, it might not be the best choice for you.
Cheese-fans, this recipe is for you! It’s made with three different types of cheese. You can change them up and use more or less. For example, instead of parmesan, use asiago or parmeseano reggiano.
It’s so much fun to try out different types of cheese, especially in this delicious lasagna recipe.
Keto Chicken Cheese Roll-Ups
These chicken and cheese roll-ups are one of the best things to serve at almost any time of day.
Enjoy them for lunch. Since they only take about 30 minutes to make, you can whip them up and eat them while they are hot and fresh – even on your busiest days.
They are also a delicious part of a healthy dinner. They are full of healthy fats and protein, which will fuel your body while it is in ketosis.
As you can tell, they also make the perfect party appetizer! Serve them as they are or make them smaller so they feed more people (without costing you more money).
Gluten-Free Lasagna Recipe
You might notice that this gluten-free lasagna idea is missing a crucial ingredient – tomatoes! I omitted them on purpose. Tomatoes are really high in natural sugar and carbs. If you want, you can dip the roll-ups into your favorite sugar-free marinara sauce.
My favorite kind is Rao’s homemade.
Chicken Lasagna Recipe
This is a fantastic way to use up leftover chicken breast. If you are short on time, grab a rotisserie chicken or use canned chicken. Any of these options will all taste delicious!
Serve these Italian-inspired roll-ups with some keto garlic knots, garlic cauliflower rice, and your favorite roasted asparagus. Now you have a very filling and nutritious dinner!
Easy Chicken Roll-Ups
These roll-ups taste the best when they are hot and fresh out of the oven. The longer they sit in the refrigerator, the softer the cheese wraps will become.
Store leftovers in an airtight food storage container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
