Low in sugar but still just as smooth – this keto pumpkin pie martini is all dressed up and ready to party! It’s so tasty that you’ll want to show it off and share it with everyone!
Pumpkin Pie Martini
This is the ultimate fall or winter drink for any party you host. It has all of your favorite pumpkin spice ingredients and tastes more like a dessert than a cocktail.
You can even make an alcohol-free pumpkin pie espresso martini if you want. And you can make this drink even if you have never mixed a drink before. There are literally just two easy steps.
Serve this at a party with your favorite pumpkin spice recipes! It will taste amazing with a slice of keto pumpkin crisp, some low-carb pumpkin French Toast roll-ups, or some keto pumpkin spice scones.
Keto Martini
What is a martini? Even though most people associate a martini with vodka, a classic martini is made with gin and vermouth and has either and olive or a lemon twist. But, as you know, there are a ton of different ways to make this classic drink.
I call this a dessert or sweet martini. A dry martini is made with dry vermouth and isn’t sweet. A dirty martini means there is olive brine in the drink.
My pumpkin spice martini doesn’t have vermouth or olives (thank goodness!) so it’s definitely more of a dessert cocktail than a traditional martini.
Best Alcohol For Martini
The best alcohol to use in a martini depends on your personal tastes. Do you like stronger liquors? You might like a dry martini better.
If you’re a huge fan of sweet drinks like daiquiris or wine spritzers, then you should make your martini with vodka. Vodka is one of those types of liquors that allows the other flavors to stand out more.
For this pumpkin martini, I used a combination of vodka and spiced rum. The rum gives it a warmer taste and helps the martini taste even more like a classic pumpkin pie.
You’ll love how it tastes on the tip of your tongue as you sip this luxurious drink.
Keto Appetizers
You’ll definitely want to show this drink off, so make it at your next holiday party! Serve it with some tasty holiday appetizers. Keto gingerbread roll-ups have a bold ginger flavor that pairs really well with the martini.
Or for something savory, make a tray of keto sweet and spicy bacon wrapped little smokies. They are a classic appetizer!
If you and your guests really love pumpkin, then you’ve got to make a tray of low-carb pumpkin pie tacos. They are filled with real pumpkin puree and rich cream cheese.
They are so much fun to eat!
Low Sugar Cocktail
There are a few things you’ll need before you make these martinis. First, I suggest getting a cocktail shaker. It makes shaking the cocktail a lot easier. You can also mix everything in a bowl with a spoon, but it’s not as fun (or as easy to pour into the martini glasses).
Next, you’ll also need a martini glass! Sure, you can drink a martini from a regular cup, but it’s not as fun. These are such beautiful drinks that you should show them off.
I don’t recommend making the pumpkin pie martinis ahead of time. You should make and serve them fresh. Since they are made with heavy whipping cream, they won’t taste or look as delicious if they sit in the fridge for a day.
