Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the bacon into 3rd’s.

In a bowl, stir together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme and cayenne pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture onto the top of each bacon wrapped Little Smokie.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the bacon is browned and crispy.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
