With the chewy texture of brownies and classic bold gingerbread spices, these low-carb gingerbread brownies are the ultimate holiday dessert.
Gingerbread Brownies
Don’t give up your favorite holiday treats just because you’re on a keto diet. All you have to do is use low-carb ingredients! There are just 2 grams net carbs in each gingerbread brownie. Yes, not even kidding! That’s because I used almond flour, sugar-free honey, and Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips as the main ingredients.
These are so rich, flavorful, and incredibly tasty. If your favorite Starbucks holiday drink is the gingerbread latte, then you’re going to really love these gingerbread brownies!
Low-Carb Brownies
One look at these brownies and you might say, “wait, where is the chocolate in these brownies?” Instead of using cocoa powder, I melted Lily’s dark chocolate chips.
Even with the melted chocolate, they look at taste like keto gingerbread bars. You can call them gingerbread bars, but they have the same chewy texture as a brownie (and some chocolatey taste too!).
If you’re craving a lot of rich chocolate flavors, then make a quick keto microwave pumpkin brownie. It’s ready in a minute and satisfies your sweet tooth!
Christmas Brownies
Every Christmas, there are a few flavors that dominate all the dessert trays, restaurant menus, and cookie tables – gingerbread and peppermint. These gingerbread brownies are the perfect thing to serve at a Christmas party or family Christmas dinner.
If everyone loves chocolate desserts, then make a batch of keto pumpkin brownies to go with them. They are just as chewy and tasty, but are a bit sweeter thanks to the real pumpkin inside!
Keto Holiday Desserts
When it comes to Christmas desserts, you can’t beat the classic flavors of gingerbread in these low-carb gingerbread brownies. There are so many delicious ket-friendly desserts that you can serve with them.
One of the cookies that I make every year is the Keto Butter Cookies. They are a no-bake recipe and my kids always gobble them up.
Speaking of kids, if they want to help you bake, let them make Low-Carb Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies. And Keto Snowball Cookies are a classic winter holiday cookie that everyone loves.
For something a little different, bake Keto Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies. Finally, anyone that loves a crispy churro will really enjoy my classic keto air fryer cinnamon sugar twists.
The air fryer makes them so easy!
How To Store Brownies
Store leftover keto gingerbread brownies in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to three days. Then, reheat them in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Can you freeze them? Yes, you can! Wrap each chilled and baked brownie in plastic wrap or foil. Then place them in a freezer-safe food storage bag. They will stay fresh in the freezer for up to six months.
