Chinese food (spicy beef with broccoli, egg fried rice and an egg roll to be exact) is perfect for those days where I feel exhausted but still want to feel like I ate a real meal. The result: I’m left bloated and I’m usually hungry within the next hour but at the moment it does the trick.
Chocolate. I don’t have a big sweet tooth so when I say I need sugar I mean it! Usually it’s in the form of some extra size (the ones that are meant to share) twix or snickers bar. The result: teenage acne that last about five days.
Venti caramel frappuccino with extra caramel and 2 shots of expresso (not a meal but the calories are equivalent to one). These are for the day where I just can’t get my head straight and focus. The result is: makes me feel like I can conquer the world, fidgety and I can’t sit still. Two steps forward two steps back! That makes the type a in me a completely mess.
Soup. I know you’re thinking its soup, and soup doesn’t have too many calories. Well, you haven’t tried what in my house we call grandpas famous! My father in-law from Indiana brings us thick homemade egg noodles that we use in soup along with a TON of chicken base, and then a side of mashed potatoes. The result: Not good. I can’t eat more than one bowl and I usually end up with a stomach ache.
They dont them cheat meals for nothing! I need some vareity, what do you guys eat on cheat days?
