This recipe is for anyone that doesn’t like eating veggies! Hide them in keto cheesy broccoli and cauliflower waffles. You can’t even tell it’s made with vegetables.

Cauliflower Waffles
Wait…cauliflower, in waffles? Before you write it off as too crazy to work, try it! They are surprisingly delicious!

No, they don’t taste like sweet buttermilk waffles. They have a unique taste all their own.
Cauliflower waffles are seasoned with garlic, onion, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
They taste more like savory biscuits than flaky waffles. They are salty with deep and earthy flavors.
Keep reading and I’ll share some of my favorite ways to serve them and some tips for how to make them taste perfectly, every single time.
Keto Waffles
If you’re looking for a copycat fluffy waffles recipe that’s also ket0-friendly, you can’t go wrong with this low-carb Belgian waffle recipe.

It tastes fantastic with other breakfast favorites like sausage patties or egg casserole.
Since these are savory waffles, they fit in really well with ham and cheese waffle sticks.
They work really well as a side dish with lunch or dinner.
Broccoli Cheddar Waffles
If you struggle to eat enough vegetables, then these are just for you! You’ll need a food processor to puree the broccoli and cauliflower.

Once you do, you can add it to the waffle mixture and make some waffles that don’t look or taste like vegetables.
Make a large batch and keep them in the refrigerator for up to three or four days. You can also store them in the freezer for up to six months.
Then, all you have to do is warm them up in the air fryer, toaster oven, or under the broiler. The microwave will make them too soft.
Veggie Waffles
Try this recipe with other vegetable purees. It will taste just as delicious with carrot, zucchini, or even kale or spinach puree.

I like to make these mini waffles for my kids when they are on a stubborn “no veggies” streak. They like to dunk them in ranch dressing.
What To Eat With Chaffles
Since I seasoned the waffles with garlic, onion, and Italian seasoning, I would serve them with Italian-based recipes so they all have similar flavors.

My favorite thing to make with them is my keto Italian sub casserole. It is bursting with Italian flavors and is incredibly cheesy.
For a fancier dinner, make some keto chicken madeira. You can even dip the waffles into the creamy sauce.
Kids love my keto meatza. It is kind of a cross between a meatloaf and a pizza and it’s incredibly delicious.
