I’ve never really been a big fan of yogurt. I’ve wanted to like it but I could never find a brand that has had the flavor or consistency that I’ve been craving during this pregnancy. They’re always either too sweet or too bitter. The only yogurt flavor that I can somewhat tolerate with just about any brand is strawberry, but even then it’s still not something that I love, so I rarely eat it. When I was asked to give the amazing selection of 14 noosa® flavors a try, I jumped at the opportunity. How could I turn down the chances of tasting flavors like honey, blueberry, mango, raspberry, strawberry rhubarb, peach, passion fruit, lemon, tart cherry, plain, coconut, pineapple, pumpkin (my favorite), and their new Fall flavor, cranberry apple!?
I’ve seen noosa® on the shelf at Target and I’ve always been tempted to give them a try but like I said, I’ve never really had any luck finding any yogurt I like so I just kept walking. However, noosa® Yoghurt is unlike any yogurt I’ve ever tasted before! The all-natural and gluten-free noosa® is so thick and creamy, you can taste the fresh fruit in it. Also, the touch of honey adds the perfect touch of sweet to balance out the tart. It’s the yogurt I’ve been looking for all along!!
I enjoyed just about all of the flavors that I tried out but right now I’m all about anything related to Fall. I loved pumpkin, apple cranberry, and of course, coconut, not that its fall related but it was amazing!! If you would have asked me a couple of months ago if I wanted to try out pumpkin yogurt, I would have said no way, but just looking at Noosa’s pumpkin flavored yogurt, I knew it would be delicious. It makes for the perfect side for my favorite mozzarella and tomato salad on toast (quick recipe is below). It’s literally the perfect lunch!
Ingredients for one sandwich:
1 tomato
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 of red onion
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of basil
Instructions:
Dice tomato, onion and mozzarella cheese and place in bowl
Drizzle olive and mix
Mix in basil
Salt and pepper to taste and place on toast

Ahh yogurt is the ONE THING I miss so much being keto! I will have to look at the carbs – this may have to be part of my cheat meal – ESPECIALLY pumpkin! Yum!

Yogurt normally isn’t a go-to snack for me. I use it in recipes all the time, but rarely on its own. This brand looks like something I need to dive into though.
