Way healthier and tastier than takeout! Keto cashew shrimp is a salty-sweet dinner everyone will love – and it’s perfect for meal prep, too.

Cashew Shrimp
When it comes to classic Asian and Chinese recipes, you’ve gotta include cashew shrimp! It’s featured on Chinese restaurant menus around the country – and for good reason.

Being on the keto diet makes eating out a bit tricky. So, when you’re craving Chinese takeout, I suggest making recipes at home.
You can make them taste how you want – all while staying within your macros! And this cashew shrimp recipe is easy to customize and has just 4 grams net carbs in each serving.
Keto Cashew Shrimp
This keto cashew shrimp recipe is made completely from scratch – and you can taste the difference! I used real cashews, bold ginger paste, and sweet sugar-free honey.
Save this recipe, because you can use this sauce to make sticky-sweet pork chops or chicken tenders, too!
And when you buy the shrimp, save yourself time and buy peeled and deveined shrimp. It might cost a bit more, but it will be so much faster!
Shrimp Skillet Recipe
I love cooking shrimp skillet recipes because shrimp cooks so quickly! You’ll know the shrimp is fully cooked when it goes from white and transparent to pink and opaque.

The color and texture changes and it only takes a few minutes. If you aren’t a fan of peppers, then leave them out.
Replace them with your favorite vegetable. Try it with zucchini, broccoli, matchstick carrots, or cauliflower florets.
What To Eat With Shrimp
This nutty, savory, sweet shrimp recipe will taste perfect with any Chinese-inspired recipe you make! Serve it with a bowl of keto egg drop soup or some hot and sour soup and some keto egg rolls on the side is perfect.

For some more veggies, serve it with some cauliflower rice. And you can never go wrong with keto ramen!
Shrimp Meal Prep
This is the perfect thing to add to your weekly meal prep. Shrimp reheats so well in the microwave.

Just store the shrimp in an airtight container ande keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Then, reheat it in the microwave slowly, stirring well in between bursts.
