All your favorite creamy cucumber dill flavors combine in this unique tzatziki egg salad. The secret is the whole and fresh ingredients.

Tzatziki Egg Salad

What Goes In Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki sauce is a Greek condiment that is traditionally made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, and lemon. It’s zesty and used on all sorts of things, but mostly gyros and lunch wraps.

Tzatziki Egg Salad

Low Carb Tzatziki Sauce

There is nothing inherently high-carb about traditional tzatziki sauce. so making a low-carb version was pretty easy. In fact, this is pretty close to a traditional recipe!

Tzatziki Egg Salad

The main thing you need to watch out for is the type of yogurt you use. Make sure you only use plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt. It has the best texture and no hidden sugars.

Eggs With Tzatziki

I love making egg salad for lunch. They are one of my favorite things to make for lunch because they are easy, affordable, and super customizable. Once you learn how to make a basic egg salad – which is basically hard-boiled eggs and mayo or Greek yogurt – you can add lots of different spices and ingredients to it.

Tzatziki Egg Salad

For this idea, I basically added eggs and celery to my favorite tzatziki sauce. Let me tell you, the combination is perfect! It’s both creamy and satisfying and refreshing – all at the same time.

Best Way To Store Tzatziki

Make a big batch and use it in your meal prep all week long! The best way to store egg salad tzatziki is in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for about a week.

Summer Egg Salad

Since it uses fresh cucumbers and dill, I think this is the most amazing summer recipe you can make! I love buying fresh cucumbers from farmers at the Farmer’s Market. And trust me, fresh dill tastes way better than dried. Always use fresh herbs and produce whenever you have the chance.

Savory Egg Salad Recipe

There are lots of different ways that you can eat and serve this savory egg salad recipe. I like to just dig in with a fork! You can also stuff it in avocado for some healthy fats (and more flavors). Spread it on slices of cucumber or use it as a keto-friendly dip for keto chips.

Tzatziki Egg Salad

You can also use it as a spread on 90-second bread. The options are pretty endless!

What To Serve With Tzatziki Egg Salad

This zesty egg salad tastes perfect with steak – so try it with my keto garlic butter steak. Since both recipes have lots of garlic, they go really well together. In fact, it tastes amazing with any type of grilled meat or vegetables. Try it with keto surf and turf kabobs for a fun grilled dinner.

Tzatziki Egg Salad

If you like chicken, this egg salad is the perfect pairing with low-carb oven-baked chicken thighs. Add my low-carb mushroom cauliflower rice on the side for a complete dinner.
